What we always make right

• The book never arrived. Tell us and it goes out again, or your Stars come back if it cannot be delivered to you at all.
• You were charged twice. Tell us and the duplicate is refunded in full.
• The file is broken. We'll send a working copy, or refund you.

What we can't refund

A delivered, working digital book. Once the file has been sent, it can't be returned, so please read the description before you buy.

How to ask

Message the bot with /paysupport, or email hello@stretchwithlana.com with your Telegram username and the date. We answer within two business days. Refunded Stars go straight back to your Telegram balance.

Please write to us first. Every problem above is fixed faster by email than by a chargeback.
